You will find a little parking area next to the river at the corner of 9th & River. Park there. Look for the twin trees with a lot of arms between them. Behind the one with the most arms, at the base under some rocks, you will find your TOPS motivation.This LB was hidden for all the trips to Livingston I've done for TOPS. I do love traveling, and I really love the park that is close by. Bring a picnic, a book, and even a blanket. It's a great place to relax, watch and have fun.
